The Untitled Title

So, I've been meaning to write and not sure what has been stopping me.  I can't really say it was time, nor can I say lack of topics because I have so much that I want to share with you guys. Then what is it?

I am currently at work, on my lunch break writing this post. I wanted to do an October Recap post which I will eventually get into last night, but that just didn't happen. So because I simply want to write, that's why this post is titled as such.

When I look back over this year, so much has happened and I hope to post about it all in this year so that I can start fresh for the New Year. I want to enjoy where I am at right now and not delve too much in the future. There is so much on my mind right now it's not even funny. One would think that I am scatter brain. Since this is my blog which means my rules, I am totally okay with how this post turns out. So check out a couple of pics below of random moments in my life. Until next time.

These ladies are AMAZE-BALLS. When you have friends that stick closer than sisters/brothers keep them and cherish them and never ever ever let them go!

I LOVE taking selfies and using filters to enhance them. 

Many of us forget to live in the moment, thus we lose the gift of today. Enjoy where you are and be into what you are doing at that very moment. Lose yourself why dontcha!

Farewell Summer 2013

This summer was one of THE best summers EVER. Well at least in NY that is. See for yourself.

Enjoyed Free Kayaking

Turned 27.

Oh....I cut my hair off...just the sides tho :-/

Went to the Beach, yes in NY with my awesome co-worker Christie.

Did a little golfing....kinda sorta

Rode a camel at the Bronx Zoo! So fracking awesome!

Did I tell you I was FIERCE on my 27th Birthday!

November 2012

Greetings November,

I know I'm a tad bit late since it is the 6th day of the month, however, better late then never right? RIGHT! So any who, November is going to be a busy fun-filled month. So far it started off with me working from home, thanks to Hurricane Sandy.

 I am on week 2 of working from home, I'm not complaining at because the realness of it, is that I roll over and I'm at work. Especially with the temperature dropping, it feels good to respond to emails and answer calls while snuggled up under my comforter. However, my heart does go out to those families that have lost some or everything. I really don't know what else to say, it could never be easy to go through that, but I know everything will come together. It's the "through" part that is never easy.

On more specific topics, today is ELECTION DAY! As women, as African American's, as Haitian-American, as whatever-American please go out and VOTE! Many of those before us fought for this right and it is in our best interest that our voice be heard. Understand one thing and understand it clearly, my confidence nor my trust is not in the next president, but it is in the Almighty King Jesus. So do what you have in your power to do and go VOTE.

There's also a couple of fun visits that are up and coming, but I'll post about those later, don't want to ruin anything. As we know Thanksgiving is coming up in a couple of weeks and I am UBER excited for two reasons!

2. I'm going to Michigan to visit my cousins!!!

The last time I was in Michigan was back in 2006, so its been a while since I traveled up there. I'm also excited to meet my baby cousins and reacquaint myself with the others. Who knows, maybe I'll even cook something.

26 and Counting

July 15, 2012 Dinner at Negril, NYC

Now that I have crossed over the quarter life mark I feel slight pressure to pursue my dreams harder and work towards them with a fervent spirit.

My 25th Birthday was AWESOME!!!!! and then it just went....Lately I've been feeling like I'm being complacent, but then I don't have any motivation either. I remember back in when I first moved to Texas I called up a friend and we were talking about where we were in life, and I remember mentioning that I don't have the faith that I use to have and I don't know where it went. His words to me were "Go get your faith back."

So here I am once again, but this time motivation is the one that has ran from me, and looks like I'll be reigning that in soon. Anyone, I'm done ranting, here's a recap of my Birthday weekend.
